We deliver to France and worldwide with your choice of Colissimo La Poste or DHL.

• La Poste (Colissimo with delivery without signature): Delivery within 1 to 3 working days
• Courier (only for Paris Intra-muros): Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11 a.m. Otherwise, delivery will take place the day after the order.

RETURNS

Always send a photo of the product with the invoice by email to the attention of raphaele@louisehendricks.com

Each piece of jewelry must be returned to us in the original pouch and by registered letter, otherwise it will be impossible for us to track or accept a return in good and due form.

• Jewelry with manufacturing defect = EXCHANGE OR REPAIR accepted within a maximum of 15 days following the date of purchase.
• The workshop will not take charge of the repair of any jewelry whose defect results, according to Louise Hendricks, from deterioration, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident.
• Return costs are your responsibility.

Our bracelets and necklaces are adjustable by the presence of adjustment links.

For rings, take your usual finger size.

It is important to specify that a costume jewel must be even more careful than a gold jewel. The plating remains ephemeral and water, perfume, alcohol, body and hand creams, hydroalcoholic gel, humid rooms (kitchen & bathroom), air ... alter the plating and oxidize the jewel .

It is important to store your jewelry in its original pouch and especially not to leave it in a damp room. Indeed, when in contact with ambient air, brass jewelry naturally oxidizes over time.

To avoid scratches, it is also advisable to store them carefully alone, away from other jewelry.
